Shipping Policy

After receiving your payment, your item will typically take 3 to 6 business days (affected by hot-sales season or public holidays, the processing time may be extended to 5-10 business days.) for quality inspection, packaging, and shipping.  When you're ready to place an order, you'll see all available shipping methods and the corresponding shipping time for each.

 Each shipping method has a different delivery time. The logistics company will deliver your package within the time agreed upon by the current shipping method.  Please note that order processing and delivery time will be extended accordingly during major holidays such as Christmas. To avoid negatively impacting your sales, we recommend that you plan your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of all of our products and make it easy for you to return  them if they are defective, quality problems or are broken in any way .  We are unable to accept any returns for non-quality problems or quality problems without valid evidence. 

All goods will be inspected at least twice by quality control inspectors before shipment. We can confirm that every product is brand new and never tried on.

NB: The following situations cannot be regarded as a quality issue:

  • Slight stain or dust which can be removed by washing

  • Short thread ends

  • Wrinkles due to folding and packaging

 Currently shipping from the United states and due to the high costs of international logistics and customs duties, we regret that we are unable to refund international orders.

We are also unable to refund your item  if:

- You don't like the products received or think the quality is not satisfactory.

- The wrong size or color was selected.

-The shipping address filled in by the customer is inaccurate, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver the package or the package being lost.

-Your phone is always unanswered, and cannot get in touch via email, phone etc., resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver the package or the package being lost.

Requesting Refund

 Please request a refund by contacting  please contact us via email or  online chat within 7 days of recieving  the product. Starting with the date you sign for the order or the delivery date provided by the logistics company. You will no longer enjoy after-sales service 7 days after the order is delivered or signed. . In the event that your order is damaged or goes missing during shipping, please contact us for assistance immediately.

About Colour Difference

All pictures were taken in kind, nevertheless, the slight colour difference is unavoidable due to shooting or light exposure, or display factors, it is not quality issue, please in kind prevail.
